Parking

Ideal parking would be the East Entrance which is the 2nd floor. Parking is available on all 3 levels. There is an elevator and stairs you can use to get to the 2nd floor.

For safety reasons, we do not recommend driving while conducting your visit.

How can I get a detailed receipt to try and get reimbursement for my insurance?

Please let Dr. Troutman know at your appointment or via email [email protected]. It will be created for you and accessible ONLY THRU the Patient Portal. This should be ready after 3-5 business days after your appointment

When are the Monthly Group Meetings?

Currently, monthly meetings are held on 3rd Thursday at 12 noon for Midlife Educate + Empower

Weight Wellness Workshops are on the 4th Thursday at 12 noon

How can I get the Patient Discount on Supplements?

As a patient of WEIGHT reMDy, you have access to 3rd party tested supplement brands. She has listed in there her most common recommendations. Remember that supplements are meant to SUPPLEMENT a healthy eating plan. 10% off MSRP

How do I get my lab slip for any test that is NOT Quest Labs?

Access the Patient Portal. Please be aware that the lab results does not go to Dr. Troutman automatically. You will have to send us the results.

How do I get my lab slip for Quest labs?

Because Quest labs are integrated in our medical record system, we can email you the lab request and we get the results electronically as well

How do I get medication refills?

Dr. Troutman typically ensure adequate Rx at your visit. If you need it in between your appointments, please email us with your request.
