This is a comprehensive 60 minute appointment. Prior to your appointment, Dr. Troutman will review the detailed questionnaire that we request you to complete. We take this time to assess your overall health - your personal medical history including current medications, family history that can contribute to metabolic health, current habits and lifestyle. This visit is crucial to identifying specific challenges unique to you and evaluating the best way forward. We create a personalized Four Pillars Foundation recommendation to address your weight, metabolic health and overall well-being.
There is a $450 consult fee. This can then be credited to the cost of any Start Membership program.

It is meant to amplify the momentum of your desire to change. The high frequency touch points allow us to identify and work systematically on your self-identified barriers to weight loss. The 1 on 1 coaching will help accelerate change. This Plan is where you get the most support when you need it the most - in the beginning.
We evaluate the importance of the first step. We create the right mindset. We formulate realistic goals and implement actionable strategies to achieve the health goals you want to achieve.
The first visit is a comprehensive appointment where we obtain and review your previous medical records and take this time to assess your overall health, understand your medical history, lifestyle, and identify specific challenges unique to you. We create a personalized Four Pillars Foundation recommendation.
This is a 3 month membership which includes the Initial Consult and 7 30-minute visits. The recommended schedule is weekly visits for the 1st month followed by 4 Bi-monthly (every 2 weeks) 30 minute appointments for the next 2 months. This structure offers you built-in accountability.

This program is for individuals who are at normal BMI weight but have had frustrating and non-budging weight gain. If you want to be PROACTIVE instead of REACTIVE to your health this is the ideal plan to match your chosen health goals.
This is recommended if you want to optimize and elevate your health and are looking to apply a healthy eating pattern, raise your physical activity game and reset your mindset. In this plan, we focus on positive lifestyle behaviors to prevent, treat and manage chronic diseases.
This is a 4 month membership. It is composed of the
60-minute Initial Consult followed by a recommended visit schedule of
bi-monthly 30 minute appointment for the first 2 months followed by 2 monthly appointments.
